Standard package bathroom

Starting at $20,000 – This package includes (based on 5m2 floor and 20m2 walls)

  • Off the shelf freestanding 1200mm vanity with basin mounted tapware
  • Chrome tap ware and towel rail
  • 100mm standard floor drain covers
  • Wall mounted cistern and standard Pan
  • 400 x 400mm floor tiles and 300×600 wall tiles

Delux Bathroom

Deluxe package bathroom

Starting at $30,000 This Package includes (based on 5m2 floor and 20m2 walls)

  • Wall mounted slimline 1200mm vanity
  • Wall mounted tapware and matching double towel rail (black, satin or Chrome)
  • In wall Cistern and deluxe Pan
  • 600×600 Floor tiles and 300×600 wall with a feature wall
  • Down lights and exhaust fan

  • 1 0n 1 Design coordination
  • Wall mounted slimline double basin vanity

  • In-wall cistern and deluxe Pan
  • Travertine stone Floor

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

Generally, bathrooms can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to complete.

What’s involved?

Once a budget is established,  we lock in a start date, we will demolish and remove all rubbish. Then we install or make good the plumbing and electrical before sheeting can commence. We install new architraves and paint the ceilings, ready for downlights. We then waterproof, screed a new bed and begin tiling. Next is fitting off the Vanity and installing the new plumbing and electrical before our final paint and shower screens and mirrors are installed and the bathroom is cleaned ready for you to use and enjoy.

What do I do if I have more than one bathroom and need a shower?

It’s always better to complete all the bathrooms in one go if possible. This means we can save time by bringing in trades to complete all steps in one go which also saves money. There are companies that provide portable toilets and showers for rent. This can be a good option. Another thing to remember, is that by law, a toilet must be provided for the trades to use.

Can I supply materials myself?

Absolutely. Vanities, tapware, baths and tiles can all be provided by the client. We just ask that all items are purchased and are onsite prior to us commencing so we can ensure it will all work before we start onsite. Something to be aware of is that not all tiles are made the same and can sometimes vary in size. This can cause problems when laying them and grout joint sizes will need to be increased which can take away from over all look of the bathroom.

Can I add Niches?

Yes, you can add as many niches as you would like. Niches work best when the walls are 90mm in width.

Can I add LED lighting?
Yes, LED back lighting is great way to create a very modern look. We often use them behind mirrors.
How can I avoid extra costs?
Being able to re-use the position of the original fixtures can save money as it requires less work for the plumbers to re-route and re-install new services. Budget tiles installed correctly can look as good as expensive porcelain tiles and locking in the design and packages early can lock in a great price.
Why do the prices vary so much between packages?
The Jump from standard to Deluxe changes due to the more expensive toilet suites, tapware and vanities along with re-framing and in wall services work that that must happen to accommodate wall mounted and in-wall items.
Can you replace the doors and windows in my bathroom?
Yes. As we are part of Prized Constructions, a residential building company, we have the skill set and expertise to do this.
What if my bathroom has asbestos?
We defer to the experts in Asbestos removal and can advise on demolition companies that can remove this safely prior to us beginning the bathroom.
Can I add LED lighting?
